How to order

Like any other type of online shop, it is very easy to place an order of stainless steel jewelry on Jusnova:

Type 1:

Register an account, add the jewelry item you would like to buy to the shopping cart, you can submit the order without the order amount limit. Our customer service will send you a proforma invoice for you to pay the deposit. After we prepare the goods, we will send you an invoice to let you pay the balance payment and then we will ship out the parcel to your address.

Type 2:

If you do not want to register, you can send us an inquiry first at the contact Jusnova page, our sales will contact you within 24hours to solve your problem.

Type 3:

If you do not want to send an inquiry, please contact our online customer service staff or leave us a message by whatsApp, we will solve your doubts happen in your ordering process.

Please note that we have too many jewelry designs (more than 10000 styles), we can not make sure 100% stock is available if you need to confirm the stock, please contact our online customer service staff first to check whether it is in stock.
